Really great write up/review, loved the Saul clip at the end. I remember Draft Day having a lot of hype before coming out then sort of disappearing. I thought it was a great film and appreciated seeing it praised here all these years later. Also, I totally agree on Anora being overhyped, I watched and reviewed it recently and agree that it is never as fun or captivating as much of the discussion around it would have you believe.

Yeah, I think that a lot of people just saw this as a football take on Moneyball but I love both movies. This gets a bit silly at times, but it doesn’t take away from my enjoyment in any way. I’d love to see more sports movies like this that look back at real events but from the POV of the front office etc
